Frequently Asked Questions

How do I purchase your software?
Each Application has a Registration Choice on the Help Menu. Complete the registration Information and Click the Purchase button. You will receive an invoice by email which can be paid by check, credit card or PayPal. Once Paid, you will receive an email with your permanant activation codes. If you don't have an Internet connection, you can print and fax or mail the registration form with your check payment to complete the transaction.

Can I run your program on more than one PC?
You must purchase a license for each PC that is to be activated. Without being activated, the program will stop running when the trial period expires.

Is telephone or in person help available?
Certainly, though our experience is that most people don't need it. But if you do, just create a technical support request from the Help menu and ask us to give you a call. Be sure to include the phone number and best time to call. There may be a charge for some personal technical support requests. Most importantly, however, is that you get the help you need so please don't hesitate to be in touch!

Will this program run on Vista ?
It has had limited testing on Windows Vista at this time and so far, its worked well. However until more testing is done, I recommend using this in Windows XP.

If an error message appears, what do I do ?
If the message is a program error with an error number, description and the choices to Abort, Retry or Ignore, then please make a note of the error number, description, line and module and get in touch with support right away. Your best choice is to Abort the program, and restart it. Even if it continues to run after that, we would still like to know about the error you encountered in support.

(SPOS) How can I void or delete old, settled chits? How can I delete the entire database and all program registry entries?
You can download a special utility program HERE which will provide a way to do both of these things. But remember! If you use this to delete the selected data, its gone... not recoverable... kaput! So be careful and think about what you are doing first. This does not delete your backup data, incidentally. You have to do that manually.
